Restaurant & Food
Level8, covering the entire top floor, exhibits original artwork -
all for sale - which meets the taste & style of our members in
an elegant Art Deco environment. It is reserved for residents of
the hotel, registered members and their personal guests
exclusively. Level8 serves contemporary gourmet cuisine at
breakfast, lunch and dinner as well through the night. The cuisine
can be described as 'Cuisine du Marché' and is
prepared by a foreign-trained Shanghainese team of chefs headed by
Steven Shi. It is based on traditional French fine dining with
modern touches as well as some selected Asian delicacies presented
in a refreshing style. Continental breakfast buffet is served as
well as buffet, Ã la carte and set menu lunch and
dinner.
