The hotel is Located in the heart of the resort of Port El Kantaoui, alongside a superb beach and facing a 36-hole golf course. The town of Sousse is 10 km away, while Monastir's Habib Bourguiba airport is 35 km away. The resort of Yasmine Hammamet is 70 km away, with Tunis-Carthage International airport some 140 km away.

This beach hotel offers some 515 rooms spread over 5 floors in a main building, and is equipped with 4 elevators. The hotel offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel has a congress centre which includes one large conference room, the Carthage, which can accommodate up to 750 people. There are also four modular sub-committee rooms. All the rooms have high performance audiovisual equipment plus an experienced team of technicians. A private car park is also available to guests. Hairdresser's salon and a nightclub additionally feature. There is a kids club for children (5-12 years). Room and laundry services are also offered.
