Phnom Penh is the vibrant bustling capital of Cambodia. The city exudes a provincial charm and tranquility, with French colonial mansions and tree-lined boulevards a midst monumental Angkorian architecture. Many interesting touristy sites can be found in the capital, including the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum and Wat Phnom. Siam Reap is located in north west Cambodia, and is a main tourist hub due to its close proximity to the world famous temples of Angkor. Thanks to its strategic location to the ancient kingdom, many new hotels, restaurants, bars, travel companies as well as a new airport have popped up in this once small dusty town.
