Trigana Baggage Allowance
- For the Jet Plane: Maximum 7 kg for cabin luggage, and complimentary baggage up to maximum 20 kg in weight
- For the Propeller Plane: Maximum 7 kg for cabin luggage, and complimentary baggage up to maximum 10 and 15 kg in weight, depends on the route
Trigana Check in
- Passengers are required to bring ticket documents and identity cards, valid passport for identification upon check in at the counter
- Check in counters will open started from 2 (two) hours and closes 45 (forty five) minutes before the scheduled departure time
- Passengers who came/comes less than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time will not be accepted for travel
- Passengers who have checked in are required to be in the departure lounge at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure
- Passenger who being left behind because they're not in the waiting room will be charged a cancellation fee (Cancellation) if passenger wants to be refunded or charged with re-book condition if the passenger want to use it for next flight
- In order to maintain schedules, departure gate will be closed 15 minutes before departure time

Trigana Fare Rules
- Trigana Air Service Tickets are not transferable, the route can't be converted, and can't be transferred to another flight
- Ticket validity period following; the baby tickets rule adults or parents of infants, the maximum age of the baby is 23 months and can not be cashed.
Trigana Change and Refund
- All tickets can be refunded or carried over the bookkeeping valid ticket cancellation in accordance with the rules that have been established.
- Refund process will took one month from the date of receipt.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours prior of departure will be charged with Cancellation Fee (CF) 50 % from basic fare plus Administration Fee Rp. 50.000,-
- Cancellation more than 24 hours prior of departure will be charged with Cancellation Fee (CF) 25% from basic fare plus Administration Fee Rp. 50.000,-
