SriLankan Airlines (marketed as SriLankan) is the flag carrier of Sri Lanka and a member of the Oneworld airline alliance. It is currently the largest airline in Sri Lanka by number of aircraft and destinations, and was launched in 1979 as Air Lanka following the termination of operations of the original Sri Lankan flag carrier Air Ceylon. Following its partial acquisition in 1998 by Emirates, it was re-branded and introduced the current livery. In 2008 the government of Sri Lanka acquired all the shares of the airline from Emirates.

Economy Class : SriLankan Airlines Economy class is where intricacy meets simplicity; the perfect combination for an enjoyable flying experience. Business Class : Experience the highest levels of privacy and comfort on our A330 wide body aircraft where seclusion blends with luxury. Individual storage space provides room for all your personal belongings and you’ll find more knee room and living space, making our flat beds the very last word in luxury.

Cabin :
- Each piece of hand baggage must weigh no more than 7 kg and measure no more than 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 inches) or a total of 115cm (l h w). In Economy Class, passengers are allowed one piece of hand baggage. In Business Class, passengers are allowed 2 pieces of hand baggage.
Check-In (Free Baggage Allowance Policy) :
- The baggage allowance regulation of SriLankan Airlines gives 30 kilograms of free luggage allowance for Economy Class passengers, 40 kilograms for Business Class passengers, and infants are allowed 10kg of baggage. Additionally, one infant's carrying basket or fully collapsible stroller/pushchair can be carried only if there's space available in Cabin. If not, must be carried as checked baggage.
- Passengers who need assistance from their mobility aids will be allowed to carry them free of charge over and above the checked and hand luggage allowance irrespective of their cabin class. (Conditions apply).
- Sporting equipment will be counted towards passenger's baggage allowance. If more than one set is carried, normal excess baggage charges shall apply for the extra set/s.
- Excess baggage charges will apply if the check-in baggage's weight exceed the free baggage allowance.

Economy Class : Our selection of movie, TV and radio channels is sure to keep you glued to your seats throughout the flight. On certain short sectors where headsets are not offered. Games; SriLankan Airlines offers you a variety of video games handpicked to cater to all ages. Choose from amongst checkers, backgammon, blackjack and poker to Galaktor, Tetrix, Magma Zone, Busy Bee and many more.
Business Class : The state of the art Thales AVANT in-flight entertainment system has the latest blockbusters from Hollywood and Bollywood, and a collection of classics and favourites. Business Class features 15.4 inch screens, with over 50 TV channels, 120 movies, an extensive library of audio CD’s and radio channels, and a large number of games for all age groups.

Economy Class : Passengers with special dietary requirements can pre-order their meals at the time of booking. To reduce the effects of dehydration during long flights we serve you refreshments every 45 minutes.
Business Class : Indulge in delicious meals prepared with extra care to please your palate, with a wide array of healthy options. Compliment it with a selection from our finest wines.
Baby food is available upon request from a flight attendant, as are special cots.

The SriLankan Airlines Check-In counter in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport closes 60 minutes before departure.
Internet and mobile check in are available 48 to 2 hours prior to flight departure.

Children between the ages of 5 and 16 travelling alone are classified as Unaccompanied Minors. When booking a ticket for an unaccompanied minor, please make sure that you keep the airline alerted to ensure that special arrangements are made for the care of the Unaccompanied Minor during their travel.
Infants (under 2 years at the time of travel) and children (2 to below 12 years at the time of travel) must travel with an accompanying adult.
Fares may not include all airport and passenger taxes which must be paid by each passenger.

To obtain a refund on an already paid for ticket that has not been used, please contact Nusatrip customer service. Refunds are made as per fare/purchase conditions and the refund can only be credited to the card that was utilized to make the purchase.
A cancellation fee and/or refund admin fee may be levied in certain cases. There are also restrictions on the last date that you can seek a refund for your ticket.
Change can be done by contacting Nusatrip customer service. Please note that depending on the fare conditions of your ticket, there may be a fee associated with cancelling your ticket.
