The hotel is located on a hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay. In an elevated position, it enjoys a fantastic view over the bay. The centre of Kalkan is approximately 1 km away and the beach is around 300 m from the property. Dalaman Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 120 km and Antalya Airport is some 230 km away.

The hotel is built on a hillside and consists of a main building and 6 annexe blocks in a terrace formation. Built in 2001 and family run, the hotel has an indoor restaurant with outdoor seating around the pool area. There are a couple of bars, a multi-purpose room, which is also equipped as a meeting room and a TV lounge and home cinema. Comprising 50 guest rooms, the air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, a games room, a children's playground and Internet access. Guests may make use of the laundry service for a fee and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

Rooms
The standard rooms are comfortably furnished and have tiled flooring. They are fitted with central air conditioning and heating, hire safe boxes and satellite TV. Rooms come with a balcony or terrace. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and hairdryer. Rooms with either double or king-size beds are available. Furthermore, a direct dial telephone, radio, Internet access and a minibar come as standard.

The continental breakfast and dinner meals are served in an open buffet form.

The hotel has a semi-Olympic size outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and there is also a sauna (fee payable) and a gym.
