Electronic key card only enables guests reach certain floor where they stay in so as to ensure safety. Free internet access available in all rooms. Bathroom is spacious and are completed with adequate amenities including hair dryer and infrared lamp to keep warm. Lady's Floor availble in this hotel, rooms are decorated with gracious violet interspersed with ruby colour and specialized beddings and lamps that cater to fashion ladies.

There are two restaurants in hotel, one serves daily hot buffet breakfast and semi buffet for lunch and dinner. Public dining area is spacious and bright, seperated rooms also available to fulfill the needs of clients who want to have private space ; another is Japanese restaurant provides delicated Japanese cuisines. La Fontaine Spa's four separate aromatherapy rooms provide divine treatments and undisturbed enjoyment with a natural atmosphere created by the fountains, trees, clouds and stones. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and a sauna.

There are many options for getting to the hotel by public transport. Take the MRT Muzha line, get off at Daan station and walk for 5 minutes. On the Nangang-Banqiuo line, get off at Zhongxiao Xinsheng station and walk for 10 minutes. There is also easy access for those who travel to Taipei railway station. It is possible to join the MRT network from there or to take a bus and get off at the Renai-Jianguo Intersection stop.
