Operated by the largest budget hotel chain in Singapore, this air-conditioned, 89-room city hotel provides a comfortable stay for its guests. The hotel boasts an utmost amenities including a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a laundry service (charges apply), a hotel safe at the front desk and 24-hour security surveillance of all public areas. Parking is available to guests arriving by car, and the upper floors have lift access.

All rooms come with individual air conditioning, a TV, a direct dial telephone, coffee/tea making facilities and a hairdryer, as well as a small shower room with a heater. An iron and ironing board are available on request, and some rooms do not have a window. The rooms are small, and there is no wardrobe. Nevertheless, there are amenities including TV, either one queen-size bed or two single beds (no extra bed allowed). Furthermore, disability friendly and non-smoking rooms are available to be booked.

The MRT (subway) connection from the airport brings guests to the nearest station, Kovan MRT, from which it is a short taxi or bus ride to the hotel.
