Comprising 72 floors, the hotel is thus the tallest in Southeast
Asia, and offers modern facilities as well as panoramic views out
over the city. A total of 1,261 rooms are available and within the
hotel are a range of restaurants and lounges, including a modern
French restaurant and a two-story bar with an in-house DJ. Other
dining options include a casual Singaporean restaurant, a bright
café, and a poolside bar. Amongst the standard
amenities count a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency
exchange bureau in addition to lifts, a small supermarket and a
hairdressing salon. Fees apply for use of the room and laundry
services as well as the car parking. The adjacent Raffles City
Convention Centre features 7,432 m² of meeting and
event space, including a ballroom that can accommodate up to 3,200
guests. An on-site business centre provides printing, faxing,
copying, secretarial services, and high-speed Internet access (fees
apply).
Rooms
Located from the 7th to 56th floors, the Deluxe rooms are a
spacious 33 m² in size, with an attached balcony from
whence guests may take in the spectacular views of the city.
Situated on Level 20 onwards, the Harbour View room offers
panoramic views of the Singapore Harbour, historic Padang and the
dramatic city skyline. Amenities include broadband internet access
(at a fee), complimentary coffee and tea making facilities, in-room
safes, a desk, an evening turn-down service and bathrobes &
slippers. Moreover, there is a hairdryer, satellite/ cable TV, a
radio, a minibar, ironing equipment and centrally controlled air
conditioning in each room as standard.
Restaurant & Food
Hotel has a wide range of F&B outlets and is share with their
neighbour Fairmont Hotel. Located on level 70 is Jaan, modern
French cuisine is served here. On the same level is Equinox
Restaurant, features a unique food concept of pure Western or pure
Asian cuisine. Alligator Pear, the poolside restaurant offering
tasty meals and fresh fruit juices in a relaxed tropical
atmosphere. Szechuan and Cantonese delicacies are available at
Szechuan Court. Inagiku serves exquisite Japanese cuisine,
authentic Peranakan and International buffet could be enjoyed at
Plaza Market Cafe. Cafe Swiss serves a delectable spread of
traditional Swiss cuisine and European specialties. Kopi Tiam has
one of the widest selections of local favourites that will whet
your appetite. Prego Restaurant & Deli is famous among the
locals for their Italian specialties. Out of The Pan serves a wide
selection of Crepes from level B1 of Raffles City.
Activities & Sport
The over 4,600 m² Amrita Spa has 2 freeform outdoor
pools, 6 tennis courts (fees apply), hot and cold plunge pools, and
35 spa rooms offering massage therapy, body treatments, facials,
nail care, hydrotherapy, and other treatments (at a fee). There is
also a fitness centre with cardiovascular equipment, a
strength-training area, sauna and steam rooms. Aerobics, yoga, and
kick-boxing classes are available free of charge for in-house
guests.
