This 50-room hotel is part of Singapore's largest budget hotel chain. Although this no-frills tourist hotel does not feature a swimming pool, gym or restaurant on its grounds; there are a number of dining venues and cafes just steps from the hotel. The air-conditioned lobby features a 24-hour reception, lift access, and fax and laundry services are available for an additional fee. There is a 24-hour security surveillance system in place for all public areas and free parking is provided for guests who arrive by vehicles.

Though small, guest rooms are cozy and clean. All 50 rooms have one queen-size bed, individually regulated air conditioning units, color TV, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. This hotel does not feature twin rooms, and no extra bed is allowed due to space constraints. Some rooms do not feature wardrobes, but clothes hanging hooks are provided. In addition, an iron set is available upon request.

Although there is no restaurant on the premises, the hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and street food stalls.
