Bunc @ Radius Clarke Quay is a brand-new 70-bed 5-storey hostel.
Founded by enthusiasts long smitten with the charm behind the
concept of a hostel stay Bunc is the re-imagination of the
Singapore hostel a vision brought to life by carefully refining and
reassembling the essential elements of a hostel. Being the second
outlet of Bunc@Radius, comfort is definitely of high importance to
us. Staying true to our original concept, beds are custom designed
for optimum privacy and comfort. Several prototypes and mockups
were made before finalizing the design, and improvements to the
initial design were entailed in as well.
Rooms
All rooms enjoy full air-conditioning and good ventilation to
ensure a fresh supply of tropical air. Clean, fresh linens come as
a standard. Cleanliness is of utmost importance and all rooms are
clean, and well maintained. With each Bunc@Radius Custom made bunk
bed, it includes: Adjustable LED Reading light, Individual Wall
Power Socket, Hotel Grade Mattress Sealed with Anti-Bug Covers, 2 x
Hotel Grade Fluffy Pillows, 260 Thread Count Duvets, Hanging Tools
for Clothes & Towels, Ledge for Personal Items, Baggage
Lockers, Bedside Lockers, Privacy Curtains. Choices of dorm
including; Private Room Non Ensuite; for couple. Family Dorm
(Ensuite - attached bathroom) / Non ensuite options available;
perfect for families. Triple Loft Room; for group of three or
families. Double Bed in Mixed Dormitory; with up to 10 beds in the
dormitory, for couples on a budget. And Single Bed Dormitory for
the backpacker.
Restaurant & Food
There's a communal dining room, and Clarke Quay is known as one of
the best nightlife places here in Singapore, where there's so much
to do, see and eat. Not forgetting drink, yes that.
Activities & Sport
This hostel have a warm; communal dining area, outdoor movie deck
with lots of movies, drinking water facilities, the usage of
communal pantry area, book exchange corner and more.
Directions, How to get
there
By taking the MRT. Board the train at Changi Airport towards Tanah
Merah Station and alight at Tanah Merah Station, 2 stops later.
Board the train towards Joo Koon Station and alight at Bugis
Station, 8 stops later. Take Exit C out of Bugis Station and turn
right once on the ground level, you will spot Bugis Village. At the
end of Bugis Village, you will have to cross a small road towards
Albert Centre Market & Food Centre. Continue walking and you
will pass OG Shopping Centre and The Bencoolen, you will then reach
a big traffic light junction. Cross over towards Sim Lim Square,
and turn right, walk towards the traffic light junction. Cross that
junction towards Hotel 81 and continue walking straight along Jalan
Besar, where you will pass Mayo Street, Dunlop Street & Dickson
Road. You will reach Upper Weld Road, turn left and walk to
Bunc@Radius.
