Operated by the largest budget hotel chain in Singapore, this air-conditioned, 5-storey city hotel provides a comfortable stay. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. To fulfill guests' needs, the hotel is furnished with a laundry service (charges apply), a hotel safe at the front desk and 24-hour security surveillance of all public areas, as well as lift access. Other amenities comprise WiFi internet access, parking lot and tour desk.

All rooms come with individually adjustable air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a small en-suite bath/ shower room with a heater. An ironing set is available on request, and Internet access is also a standard feature. The rooms are small, and there is no wardrobe. Although some rooms do not have a window, the rooms are furnished with TV, either one double or queen-size bed, or two single beds (no extra bed allowed).
