Facilities are limited, but guests are provided with a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a laundry service (charges apply), a hotel safe at the front desk and 24-hour security surveillance of all public areas.

All rooms come with central air conditioning, a small en suite bath/ shower room with a heater, a TV, a direct dial telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a hairdryer. An ironing set is available on request, and Internet access is also a standard feature. Some rooms do not have a window. The rooms are small, but there is no wardrobe. Other amenities comprise TV, either one double or queen-size bed, or two single beds (no extra bed allowed). Disability-friendly and non-smoking rooms may also be booked.
