The Haven is the only Pay-Per-Use Lounge located in the public area at Singapore Changi Airport. The Haven Lounge provides a comfortable area for resting or freshening up before your next engagement. Our attentive Guest Relations Officers will be at service to help in any way while you relax after or before a long flight. The Haven Lounge is ideal for any traveller who may require a shower, rest or working area before hotel check-in is available and after checking out while waiting for a late night flight. Facilities include nap rooms, shower rooms, meeting rooms, an Internet corner as well as cable television.

The nap room provides the comfort of a real bed to take a short rest in a private room. It consists of a cabled television for entertainment, a vanity table and LAN cable for internet connectivity. The nap room package is available for a minimum of 3 hours, which can be extended upon request. There are a total of 18 nap rooms (connecting rooms are available). The shower room allows guest to freshen up after or before their flight. The shower room is equipped with a relaxing rain shower, restroom facilities, wash basin and a built-in hairdryer. Bath towel and shower amenities (shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner) are provided. There are a total of 13 shower rooms.

The lounge offers comfortable seating area for guests to enjoy complimentary drinks and light refreshments. The lounge also includes cable televisions for entertainment, newspapers and magazines, kids’ corner, a business centre with internet workstations, photocopier machine and complimentary wireless internet service .

The Haven is easily accessible from Terminal 1 and 2 of Changi Airport with the free skytrain service which operates from 5am to 2.30am. It takes approximately four minutes to travel between the terminals by skytrain with an average waiting time of between one to three minutes.
