Restaurant & Food
The chef and his team use fresh produces and vegetables from the
market. The house specialties include the lamb tagine with prunes
or the leg of lamb tagine, both a true delight. Lunch, a light meal
with Mediterranean notes, is served on the panoramic terraces or
poolside. The evening meal can be enjoyed in an intimate and
refined atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a dinner full of flavours in
the hall, on the patios or again on the terraces. The lounge bar
offers a wide choice of cocktails, tapas, malt whiskeys, cognac and
a selection of cigars. The restaurant is reserved for residents of
the riad.
