Rooms
The spacious and luxuriously designed rooms (from 55 m²),
suites and the villa offer the ultimate in comfort and are spread
through casuarinas, coconut trees, frangipanes, hibiscus and
bougainvilleas in 22 acres of tropical gardens. They are all
appointed in a classical style with wood or palm thatch roofs, with
terrace or balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. Each of the en
suite rooms comes with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer, while other
in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV,
minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and individually
regulated air conditioning units.
Restaurant & Food
Le Moulin - In the main restaurant, named Le Moulin, which looks
like an old sugar mill, guests may enjoy sumptuous buffet breakfast
where a large choice of tropical fruits is combined with warm
dishes including delicious fresh homemade waffles and pancakes. In
the e. Le Camaron - The beach restaurant, named Le Camaron as a
souvenir of camarons pond farming, set up in sugar cane plantation
from the early 17th century, serves light dishes, fresh fish and
seafood on the beach. For diner, the Chef organizes also from time
to time spec. Le Flangourin - This bar is the socialising meeting
place of the hotel with full bar, freshly squeezed fruit drinks and
exotic tropical cocktails. From 19h00 onwards we offer a variety of
local and international music followed by entertainment such as
sega dance and li. La Gran Caze - Grand Caze, the plantation owners
house in Creole, has given its name to the gourmet restaurant which
takes place in a very elegant colonial house.
Activities & Sport
In the evening, guests may enjoy live entertainment or other events
at the bar, savouring the perfect end to a lovely day. Inspired by
a Zen atmosphere, the sumptuous spa dedicates its 1800 m² to
peace and serenity. The humid pavilion, which accommodates Turkish
baths, saunas and a hot tub, is the right place for body wraps,
scrub and hydro-jet showers. Treatment rooms surrounded by an
aquarium, provide treatments developed from tropical, local
elements, as well as traditional ingredients. This unique place
brings a feeling of harmony to body, mind and soul. The ultimate
relaxation takes place in the unique roof solarium. Those feeling a
little more active may want to take part in an aqua fit session or
work out in the gym. Guests can also play tennis and table tennis
at the hotel and for an extra fee guests can play golf and
