The boat arriving from the airport begins the approach to the resort from behind the island, making a broad sweep to enter its lagoon through a gap in the coral. From the sea, the island looks like a grove of coconut palms floating in the dreamy blue water of its private lagoon. The beach wraps the island in a soft cocoon of sand - a leisurely stroll for the devoted beachcomber and a blissful setting for romantic moments. The blue and gold of the horizon, the shades of green touching the lagoon, lend spectacular colour to this tropical hideaway. A resort that radiates elegance while offering a relaxed atmosphere - it is large enough to find quiet seclusion and small enough to share with loved ones.

Rooms
The hotel is blessed with a range of luxury accommodation designed to suit the demands of guests of good taste. All the rooms are comfortable with fantastic views of the beach and tropical gardens. An en suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, individually adjustable air conditioning and a safe all feature as standard.

Restaurant & Food
The resort offers a wide selection of tastes from around the world with a choice of five restaurants. It offers guests the opportunity to dine in a variety of settings with dishes especially prepared to suit all tastes and occasions. The Summerfields, the main restaurant offers informal dining for full-board guests. All meals are either buffet style or table service combining continental and Asian flavours. Café Laguna offers delicious light international dishes throughout the day. In the evening it transforms into a cosy and intimate restaurant offering house specialties of a fondue and flambé nature. The Dragon Inn is decorated in Chinese red and green with traditional lanterns. It's atmosphere will delight guests as much as the delicious oriental cuisine on offer there. The Four Seasons offers gourmet à la carte food in the setting of a traditional Italian taverna. Exquisite dishes from the Mediterranean are served with some of the finest wines known. The Palm Grill is a barbeque grill located on the waters edge, it offers a romantic setting combined with fine food. Choose from a wide selection of meat and seafood grilled to your specifications.

Activities & Sport
The fully air-conditioned gym, table tennis and floodlit tennis court are located in the centre of the island next to the spa. After a work out, the steam bath and plunge pool are ideal places to relax to ease tired muscles. The free-form pool with shaded Jacuzzi proves the perfect setting for whiling away the days with a fantastic sundeck and stunning views of the ocean. The lagoon which surrounds the island is ideal for snorkelling, canoeing and windsurfing. Alternatively, guests can relax on board one of our catamarans, while staff sail them to some of the most beautiful reefs in the area.
