The camp is set on an elevated level surrounded by two streams and is uniquely laid out over the sprawling grounds that include rolling manicured greens, a mini forest of indigenous shrubs and exotic trees, a large pond stocked with fish, a mini bird sanctuary and an authentic Maasai village adjoining the camp. It provides conference and team building facilities. The entire camp is surrounded by a 24-hour electric fence. The air-conditioned establishment comprises a total of 73 accommodation units and features a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and a hairdressing salon. In their free time guests may take advantage of the games room and TV lounge and younger guests will be entertained at the kids' club. Babysitting or child minding services are available on request. Dining is available at the restaurant and guests can sip their favourite drinks at the bar and pub. Wireless Internet access and room and laundry services provide additional convenience and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

The standard tents are large, comfortable and tastefully furnished with double/twin or king-size beds, wardrobes, writing desks and safari chairs. All tents are equipped with en suite bathrooms with permanent showers and WCs, running hot and cold water and 240-volt power outlets. Family tents are available. The tents also offer a direct dial telephone.

There are special menus for children.

The free-form outdoor swimming pool has its own pool bar. The camp has its own fleet of well-equipped safari vehicles with excellent guides. There are meeting rooms and numerous outdoor venues for dining and leisure. For older children, there are a number of activities such as a children's swimming area, walking safaris within the secure premises, a visit to the cultural village, sport fishing and board games. Sun loungers are laid out on the sun terrace. The sauna and massage service ensure a relaxing stay.

Children under 5 years must be under parental supervision at all times as the layout of the camp is very natural with small bodies of water and natural landscaping. Temperatures average from 26 degrees Celsius during the day to 10 degrees Celsius at night. There are sporadic rains in March, April, November and December.
