This guesthouse was built in 2011 and has a total of 330 guest rooms. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby. 24-hour reception service and lift access to the upper floors are available. Being recently built from scratch, the hotel offers the very latest in communication systems, with business facilities for small to medium size conferences. The rooms are medium in size and designed with modern and stylish. There is the wide table and are fully equipped with all the modern conveniences included an air freshener and full-wide screen TV. Both the rooms and bathrooms are well kept and in exceptional condition. All semi-double rooms have a 140 cm width bed. All studio twin rooms with one single bed(110cm width) and one sofa bed(96 cm width) are available.

There is a café restaurant on the ground floor offering western cuisine.
