This air-conditioned city hotel has a total of 93 guest rooms, suitable for both couples and families, some of which offer magnificent views of the Sea of Galilee, the town and the Galilean hills. The newly renovated hotel lobby offers a splendid sitting area where guests may relax or hold business meetings. The lobby features 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities and also serves soft drinks and hot beverages in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Further facilities available at the hotel include lift access, café, bar, conference facilities, a dining hall and Internet access (fees apply). A laundry service is also provided.

Rooms are suitable for couples with one child and may accommodate up to three adults. Amenities include an en suite bathroom with shower/bathtub, personal safe, hairdryer, international direct dial telephone, cable TV with remote, radio, Internet access, mini fridge, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and air conditioning and heating units. The rooms feature double beds, and some rooms also include an additional sofa-bed.

Meals are served in the hotel's dining hall. Lunch and dinner are only available at the weekend. During the week, the hotel functions on a bed and breakfast basis only.
