Samawa Seaside Cottages offer fashionable and comfortable cottage accommodation in the style of the traditional homes of Sumbawa. Cottages are surrounded by trees and garden areas and offer fantastic views of the North Sumbawa 6-landscape and nearby Moyo Island.

There are a variety of sizes to fit groups of all sizes. We have 6 Lumbung Cottages, 3 One-Bedroom Cottages, 2 Two-Bedroom Cottages, and 1 Four-Bedroom Cottages. All of the Cottages are created in the design and spirit of the traditional homes of Sumbawa. Cottages are set in nature with nearby cashew, pomelo, and dragonfruit trees and surrounded by our beautiful gardens. Each room is crafted with dark Indonesian coconut wood and all cottage interiors are styled to provide a relaxing atmosphere for you.

With stunning views of Moyo Island beneath the sumbawa skyline and the cozy atmosphere around the bonfire, the Restaurant offers fresh menu choices brewed with National and local flavors. The ideal night hotspot, whether you want to enjoy a romantic dinner or spend time with friends and family.

Escape the crowds and explore the reefs of tranquil Northwest Sumbawa and Moyo Island. Here you will find beautiful coral, sponges, fans and the diverse tropical reef fish that make Indonesia one of the best diving locations in the world. Dive along walls and sloping reefs such as those on Labuan Aji, one of the most popular sites of the area and mostly accessed by liveaboard boats. Like Labuan Aji, other sites such as Angel Reef, Panjang Timur and Panjang Barat are on sea mounts several hundred meters from Moyo Island. At these sites, you can witness a flurry of aquatic activity including bright schools of fusiliers, midnight snappers, batfish, napoleon wrasses, various surgeonfish, bannerfish, and angelfish. While here, you can see the on site pool, the pool area is perfect for taking a dip and taking in the views of the ocean and nearby Moyo Island. The poolside waiter is standing by to take your order. Work on your tan in one of our lounge chairs or get some exercise in our large pool which features a large shallow area, perfect for children, as well as a deep end.
