Operated by Pak Putu and his family since 2010, this home stay is situated in the middle of Ubud and on one of the nicest and most central streets in the area - Jl. Gootama. It is so easy to escape from the busy and noisy street life and relax in this family who run an 11-room home stay which is quiet, comfortable and very well priced. With a setting featuring verdant gardens, beautiful family temple, lava rock walls, koi pond and singing birds, the eleven rooms at Mai Malu are all clean and spacious with porches that look into a central courtyard and communal bale area. Featuring a private terrace or balcony with garden views, fan-cooled rooms each come with a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower facilities. A bathtub is available in select units.

For guests' travel needs, staff can arrange area shuttles and vehicle rental at additional fees. They can also assist with laundry requests and airport pick-up arrangements.
