The villa has 45 metres of beachfront and each of its five bedrooms has expansive and unimpeded sea views. Nowhere in Bali has more beachfront than this. There really is room to move and to breath in the sea air, for the villa is truly expansive. Floor space over two levels is more than 800 square metres, and the garden and pool are a vast 2,200 square metres.

The villa has air-conditioned double bedrooms with king and queen-size beds. Each has an en suite bathroom with bathtub as well as shower. All five bedrooms have ocean views.

The villa has an innovative and rather unusual approach to food and drink. Guests choose what food, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits they want to enjoy, they set a budget, they give their butler money to cover the shopping, and he arranges its purchase at local markets, delicatessens, specialty shops and liquor stores. There is no mark-up or premium for its preparation by the chefs.

The two pools are extensive in scope. The main infinity pool measures 20 x 5 metres for a total of 100 square metres. The smaller pool, with a maximum depth of 60 centimetres, is great for children but also fun for adults to splash around in. At the end of the main pool, very near the beachfront, is a hot tub which is designed for the enjoyment of up to eight adults.
