The apartment hotel comprises a total of 21 studios and 22 apartments spread over 5 floors. Guests are welcomed in the inviting foyer with reception desk and 3 lifts. Further facilities include a newspaper kiosk, a breakfast room, a public Internet access and a laundry service. Organisational services are available to guests at reception (additional fees apply).

Each of the studios and apartments comes with combined bedroom/ lounge area and en suite bathroom. They may borrow hairdryers at the front desk. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, TV, Internet access, a kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, single/twin beds, air conditioning and central heating. The apartments also come with a separate bedroom.

Guests can either prepare their own meal using the apartments kitchen facilities.

Reception is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm excluding public holidays. Outside reception opening hours please use the following access code. To enter the building enter the code 4882# on the front door. Key box locker number 10 for your room key. Code number 1074# will open the box. Please use the help desk telephone beside the key box lockers for any assistance. Call will be automatically transferred to another Hellsten hotel in Espoo. From the north follow the signs towards the city centre. On reaching Mannerheimintie, take a right (Museokatu) towards the National Museum and parliament. The hotel is located on the left hand side. With tram line 4, 7 or 10 guests will be able to reach the stop Tölö/National Museum.
