This hotel is entirely smoke-free and it participates in the 'Green Partnership Program'. Comprising a total of 371 guest rooms, the air-conditioned establishment features a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a newspaper stand, games room, café, bar and restaurant. Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park provide additional convenience.

The hotel guest rooms are in three-story or 14-story wings, attached at the ground level, and some have balconies. All rooms include bathrobes, two telephones (one cordless), and TVs with pay movies and video games (a surcharge applies). High-speed Internet access is complimentary in Premier rooms and for a surcharge in Delta rooms. A complimentary newspaper is delivered every day except Sunday. All rooms are en suite and also offer a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated. Draught beers and cocktails are available. It is open Mondays - Fridays, from early afternoon to late evening and Saturdays - Sundays, from late morning to late evening.

The gym is open 24 hours a day, with stationary bicycles, treadmills, a stair machine, a rowing machine, a weight-training machine, an elliptical trainer, exercise mats, and free weights. Separate women's and men's locker rooms also have saunas. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel and fees may apply. There is an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and racquetball/squash court on site. Massage and spa treatments are provided for a fee. Guests can reach a golf course within roughly 5 minutes' drive.
