The hotel does not have a full daily maid service. Fresh towels and
supplies will be replaced daily. For stays of 5nts or longer,
complete linen change is done on the 3rd night of the stay. Full
cleaning may be requested. Complimentary bag of firewood is
provided daily and additional wood is available upon request for a
nominal fee. Facilities includes an indoor swimming pool with a
small whirlpool attached to the side, a 12-person whirlpool sauna
and steam room located on the lower level of the 24-unit Rundlewiew
complex. Small outdoor playground. Two outdoor area with gas

The 1-bedroom suites consist of a bedroom area with a queen-size
bed, a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a cooker, a
washing machine and a microwave, a private bathroom with a
shower/bath, a colour TV, a double pull-out sofa in the living
area, a wood burning fireplace and a balcony or a patio. The loft
chalets also include an upstairs loft with two double beds and a
private entrance. The executive suites do not have a full kitchen:
located in the 24-unit Executive Complex, these luxury units
feature 1 king-size bed, a hydro massage bathtub, a separate steam
shower, a gas fireplace, air conditioning and heating, a sitting
area, a fridge bar, a microwave, a coffee maker and many other
luxurious amenities. Furthermore, a hairdryer, a radio, Internet
access, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and a safe
are provided in all accommodation as standard.

Activities & Sport
All guests are welcome to use the indoor heated swimming pool with
its children's section and relax in the hot tub, steam room and
sauna at their leisure and free of charge. It is possible to try
canoeing for an additional fee and the nearest golf course is only
a 10-minute drive away.
Comments
The hotel's front desk is open 24 hours a day. Check-in is from 4
pm and guests are required to check out by 11 am.
Directions, How to get
there
Guests should exit for Banff from the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy) #
1, at the Lake Minnewanka exit and continue into Banff town itself.
At the first set of traffic lights turn left onto Moose Street.
Then travel 3 blocks and at the intersection of Moose and Otter
Streets turn left. The road leads up Tunnel Mountain and Otter
Street will turn into Tunnel Mountain Road. Once arriving at the
top of the hill, the resort will come into view on the left hand
side. The front desk building is located half-way down the
property.
