This family-friendly fully non-smoking ski hotel is a small, quaint historical property built in 1908 and recently renovated. Each of the 135 rooms is richly decorated to reflect the charm of the brick exterior. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access, a hairdressing salon, a bar, a pub, a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and the hotel provides free parking for guests. Furthermore, the Concierge can help guests to plan many of their outdoor activities.

The rooms feature all the comforts of home and offer guests a choice of 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed along with a table and 2 chairs, and an en suite bathroom. All rooms offer a window view and are equipped with a 27-inch TV set with cable as well as digital clock radios, a telephone with voicemail, a coffee maker, an iron/ironing board and a hairdryer. Furthermore, an electronic in-room safe, individually adjustable climate control (heat and air conditioning) and bathroom amenities are provided in all accommodation as standard. An Internet connection is available in all rooms.

The acclaimed Tony Roma's Restaurant and Lounge and the Paddock Bar and Grille are located within the hotel.

Secure ski and board storage is available to all skiers on a complimentary basis. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Check-in is from 4 pm and guests are required to check out by 11 am.

Guest coming from the airport should take Highway 1 West to Banff National Park (approximately 1 1/2 hours). Take the Banff/Lake Minnewanka exit to Banff Avenue. Follow Banff Avenue to Caribou Street and turn left. The hotel is located at the corner of Banff Avenue and Caribou Street. Parking is available just off of Caribou Street at the rear of the building. Banff Transit operates a scheduled service in the town.
