Owned and operated by the 5th generation of the Brewster Family who
have been providing visitors with memorable mountain experiences
and accommodations for over a century. A collection of historic
black and white photos hand picked from the Brewster Family
Archives adorn the walls of the lodge throughout, and the distinct
arrow theme pays tribute to the Stoney Nation. PLEASE NOTE: on June
20th, cars will have limited access to the hotel, due to a town
event.
Exterior: Built in the tradition of the Grand Mountain Lodges, the
lodge features log architecture on the exterior, highlighted by
bronze reliefs of the faces of First Nations people with a rundle
rock base. Horseshoes embedded into the sidewalk lead the way into
the main lobby.
Lobby: The lobby of the lodge features a wood burning fireplace
with comfortable seating, currency exchange and retail boutiques.
The mezzanine lounge offers a guest library and games area along
with a public internet terminal, (charge)
Rooms
Each guest room comes complete with rich, colourful Western decor,
historical photographs from one of Banff's founding families'
archives, log furnishings, cosy duvets, fully fitted granite
bathrooms, satellite TV, a radio, wireless Internet access, a
telephone and a hairdryer. A mini fridge, a microwave, tea and
coffee making facilities, a washing machine, an iron and ironing
board, a double or king-size bed, centrally regulated air
conditioning and a safe also come as standard.
Restaurant & Food
The restaurant on site offers Mediterranean Cuisine and Tapas in a
warm, refined atmosphere and is open for lunch and dinner only.
Complimentary breakfast is served on the mezzanine.
Activities & Sport
The hotel provides a hot tub, a sauna and a fitness area on a
complimentary basis for its guests. Banff Golf Course is just a
6-minute drive away.

From Calgary International Airport: Turn right on airport road NE
and then turn left on Barlow Trail NE (Highway 2A-N). Turn left
onto Country Hills Blvd NE and left again onto Stoney Trail NW
(Highway 201S). Take exit #36/16 avenue N/Banff onto Highway 1 W
and then take the Banff exit, go left on Mt Norquay road, left onto
Gopher Street, right onto Lynx Street. Then turn left onto Wolf
Street, right onto Bear Street and then left onto Caribou
Street.
