This apartment complex consists of 1 studio, 6 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments, all of which is surrounded by a fenced-off, lush tropical garden. Guests of this aparthotel, which was fully renovated in 2011, are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour check-out service and hotel safe. Wired and wireless Internet access and a car park are also on offer.

All apartments are on the ground floor and have one or two bedrooms. They are fully furnished and equipped with a full kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment also has a patio with lounge beds and chairs, as well as a double bed, satellite/cable TV, Internet access and a safe.

The apartments offer practice sessions so that guests can enjoy diving and snorkelling in the crystal-clear tropical waters of Bonaire. Guests can also go biking or just relax in the tropical garden surrounding the establishment that offers spectacular views of the 'salt', a protected natural area of Bonaire in which, with a little luck, guests may see pink flamingos in their search of food. Water sports available for additional fees include windsurfing and canoeing, and guests can unwind on the sun terrace.

When guests leave the airport they should turn right on Kaya International, follow the road parallel to the runway, and after 2 km turn left. Continue along this path and go straight at the roundabout after another 2 km. At the end of the street, turn left at the Kaya Betico Croes and after 600 metres turn right before turning left again after another 300 metres onto Kaya Grandi (the tourist office is on the right-hand side). Follow the Kaya Grandi for 2 km. Here the street changes name to Governor Nicolaas Debrot Boulevard, and the apartments are located on the right-hand side after one mile, just after the Harbour Marine Village.
