The hotel is located not far from the city centre, close to the Geydar Aliyev Concert Hall and Park. A range of shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are also located within walking distance. There are various sights in the vicinity, such as Maiden Tower (around 100 m away), Shirvanshakh's Palace (around 1 km) and Ateshgah Fire Temple (25 km away). The sea is approximately 2 km from the hotel, and the nearest train station is about 500 m away.

This small, private, five-storey city hotel was renovated in 2009 and has twelve comfortable rooms (8 singles and 4 doubles). Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Additional facilities at this air-conditioned establishment include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, hairdressing salon, café, bar, a pub and a disco. WLAN Internet access and room service are also available. Laundry services can be arranged at the registration desk for a fee, while those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park.

Rooms
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, a small refrigerator and minibar, cable television with 300 channels and free ADSL Internet connection.
