Merauke is a city located in eastern Indonesia and adjacent with Papua New Guinea. There’s a twin monument which is also located in Sabang, a city in northern Indonesia. This monument is a symbol of unity of Indonesian Republic from Sabang until Merauke. Merauke also known as a city of deer, since there’s so much deer we can found here. Don’t forget to visit the beaches. Just mention Buti beach, or Nasem beach. It all became a beautiful scenery from Indonesian border point with Papua New Guinea.

Near to Biak island is Supiori Island the location for the Biak and Supiori Nature Reserves. These parks are bird sanctuaries where you can see beautiful varieties of parrots and cockatoos.
