Restaurant & Food
The Hotel boasts four restaurants, which are one lounge and one
bar. SATOO Restaurant serves appetizing local and international
selections from the a la carte menu as well as extensive buffets
for breakfast, lunch and dinner that cater for 425 people. Rosso
Lounge and Restaurant serves Northern Italian cuisine and creative
cocktails and mock tails. Two semi private dining rooms, main
dining room and a separate lounge can cater for up to 149 people.
Shang Palace Restaurant provides a wide selection of Cantonese and
other traditional delicacies from the hands of skilled and
imaginative Chinese chefs. Private dining rooms are available with
capacities varying from 6, 10, 20 up to 40 people and a mini
ballroom for 200 people. Nadaman Restaurant offers fine Japanese
cuisine, and is opened daily for lunch and dinner. This restaurant
features the flamboyant Teppanyaki cooking style as well as
traditional Kaiseki set menus in a relax setting of a Japanese
country garden. Lobby Lounge serves the freshest afternoon tea,
cocktails and snacks opened from 7 AM until 1 AM. In the evening,
