Alanvale Apartments and Motor Inn offers Unique Village Style non smoking accommodation. The accommodation units were built in stages over six years from 1992 to 1998 in an Old English style on 2 hectares of parkland. We are located on the same site as the Archers Manor Convention Centre next to the University and Maritime College some 5km north of the city centre. Our three and a half star rated facilities include 36 self-contained apartments in one two and three bedroom configurations as well as a 12 units (room with ensuite) motel block.
