ultra-modern Spa centre, due to open late October 2007, will offer
10 treatment rooms, a heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness room,
Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, chill-out areas, and juice bar.The hotel
parking facility are available for guests . Alternatively a 24-
hour parking facilities are available across the street.
Exterior: This is an imposing, modern, American style building. It
is approached via a long drive which links the hotel to a shopping
centre.
Lobby: The large lobby is entered via automatic glass doors. It is
tastefully decorated in dark wood and a leads to a magnificent bar
with an impressive piano. There is an ample seating area.
Rooms
The welcoming deluxe rooms offer elegant and comfortable design.
They are equipped with a spacious working desk and chair, LCD TV
with cable and Pay-TV service, a glass bathroom with oversized
bathtub for added comfort and wireless Internet access.
Restaurant & Food
Affording the fantastic views over Lisbon, the new and very
glamorous top-floor Panorama Restaurant and Panorama Bar are
setting new standards in the concept of entertainment and urban
gastronomy with its remarkable gourmet cuisine, show cooking area,
impressive glass wine storage area, and a great cocktail menu.
Activities & Sport
There is a heated swimming pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with
sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use in the outdoor
complex. Further leisure options include a sauna, steam baths, a
hot tub, vitality pool and spa and massage treatments. Sports
enthusiasts may pay a visit to the in-house gym. A daily access fee
will apply per person.
Directions, How to get
there
From the South (and from the East), after crossing one of the two
bridges, follow the signs to the city centre, Marques de Pombal
Square. Drive through Fontes Pereira De Melo Avenue and look for
the hotel. From the North, follow motorway A1 towards Lisbon. Once
in Lisbon, follow the indications for the city centre, Marques de
Pombal Square. Drive through Av. da Republica to Saldanha Square.
Then follow Av. Fontes Pereira De Mello and the hotel is on the 2nd
street on the right. From the West, from the Cascais and Estoril
road, take the motorway A5 to Lisbon. Pass the Amoreiras shopping
area and arrive at Marques de Pombal Square. Drive through Fontes
Pereira de Melo Avenue. The hotel is located on the 2nd street on
the left.
