Several embassies such as the Embassy of Spain and the Embassy of
Sweden are close by the hotel. New landmarks of Roppongi, Roppongi
Hills, and Tokyo Midtown are both a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
The modern decor is designed by a European designer. This hotel has
other facilities to offer such as a fitness room, an aesthetic
salon and an outdoor swimming pool open in summer. This hotel is
famous for its banqueting facilities in Japan and all guests will
feel completely at home.
Exterior: A completely unique shape, being a large
triangular-shaped, 37-storey white building next to the Ark Mori
building.
Lobby: Walking into the hotel on the 2nd floor, the guests feel
immediately at ease with the soft lighting and decor creating a
relaxing atmosphere, with a high atrium and a large ceiling to
floor indoor waterfall in the centre of the lobby, representing the
symbol of this hotel. There is plenty of seating with restaurant
and shops leading off from the main area. Although large, the
atmosphere remains calm. There is a further lobby on the ground
floor for banqueting and group guests' check-in.
Rooms
Standard room called "classic" is on the 7th-21st floor. It is
large and modern, chic decor equipped with all the latest amenities
and services such as high speed internet access, a flat display
television, a large writing desk, bathrobes, in-room safe, and
soft-modern lighting system. International television programs are
available in various languages such as English (CNN, BBC, and
Bloomberg), German, French, Italian, Chinese and Korean. The
windows are large, giving great views of the city skylines,
especially at night, and on a very clear day, Mount Fuji can be
seen from some rooms. The bath room is medium-sized and very clean
with plenty of amenities.
Restaurant & Food
There are a variety of restaurants and bars, ranging from the top
floor offering delicious cuisine and beverages whilst guests enjoy
the skyline of metropolitan Tokyo. There is also a champagne bar on
the 3rd floor offering a fabulous escape at the end of the day. A
new featured restaurant opened on 36th floor in mid of March 2010
which is produced by the world renowned michelin-starred french
chef Pierre Gagnaire.
Activities & Sport
The outdoor pool, located on level 4, is the perfect urban oasis to
enjoy during the summer season and with a number of deck chairs
it's also the perfect place to relax. Guests may also work out in
the hotel's gym or enjoy the sauna, steam room and massage
service.
