The hotel is ideally located in the centre of city, within short walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino entertainment district. It takes approximately 7 minutes walk from Exit 3 at Nishi 11-chome Subway Station on Tozai Line and 10 minutes from Exit 2 at Susukino Subway Station on Nanboku Line. It provides convenient access to major tourist attractions within city center.

The hotel has very convenient location both for business and leisure travelers. Odori Park and Susukino are both within short walking distance, and it is easy to find many shops and restaurants in this district. The famous shopping arcade, 'Tanuki-koji' is also closed to the hotel where you can enjoy shopping and dining. It's good choice especially for budget travelers.
Exterior: It is a 10-storey modern white building.
Lobby: The lobby is small in size and simply decorated with modern furnitures.

Rooms
All guestrooms are small in size but decorated with modern furnitures. They are all equipped with modern facilities and amenities, including a hair dryer, a refrigerator and video on demand entertainment system (charged) etc. The complimentary high speed internet access is also available. Semi-double rooms are also small and have only one small bed in 110cm width. Bathroom is clean and kept in good condition.
