If taking public transport from the airport, take the Air Coach bus from Dublin Airport to the city centre, get off the bus on O'Connell Street and then take a bus from Fleet Street to Rathmines. The bus numbers are 14, 14A, 15, 15A. Alternatively take a taxi from Dublin Airport for approximately 25 Euros.
