Sited on one fifty ares of land or 2400 m2, Villa Salema has four bedrooms with two swimming pools and a variety of living spaces. The property includes a main building with two bedrooms, and two separate guesthouses containing large Ocean bedrooms with an en suite bathroom.

The main building (140 m² or 1500 Ft²) includes 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 beds) with a spacious bathrooms; one room with a beautiful view on the sea, across from the garden and the front swimming pool. The second room has direct access to the back swimming pool. A double living and dining area with a double view (Sea and front swimming pool, as well as back swimming pool with salted water. Two separate guest houses are situated off to each side of the property. Closer to the beach than the main building, it features one other air-conditioned bedroom, both with large windows offering panoramic views, and its own terrace.

The large open dining area is located in the pavilion. Its centre piece is an antique dining room table capable of seating fourteen or more people in comfort.
