The Villa have a beautiful half-shaded terrace located on the side of the house to enjoy meals or lounge in the deck chairs overlooking the gardens and the ocean. Their spacious bedrooms are decorated in contemporary design with king size beds, AC and fan available; enjoying either access to a very large shared roof top terrace with several seating areas or private balconies. All rooms equipped with modern open plan bathroom concept, all-natural stone bathrooms.

Villa Flow’s menu is based on a well-researched, balanced and healthy diet and offers organic food. The menu contains mainly Asian-inspired cuisine, created using ingredients that are produced locally, and where possible, organic; herbs, fruits and vegetables are harvested from Villa Flow’s own gardens, or purchased daily from local suppliers and markets. While red meat is not served in any of the villa's dishes, the menu includes locally caught fish and chicken. Vegetarian options are always available. For cooking and salads, the chef is using only cold pressed coconut-, olive-, soybean and sesame-oils. All sweet dishes made with organic cocoa butter, wild honey and organic palm sugar. The use of dairy and wheat is limited to certain breakfast options, and often replaced by the more healthy soy and buckwheat alternatives. Everything the guests consume is beneficial to their good health and overall wellbeing. “Empty calories†and processed foods are not served at Villa Flow.

You can also enjoy a one-hour yoga session with a very experienced yoga teacher in the beautiful setting of VillaFlow’s Bale Bengong.
