Cabin :
- A passenger can carry a hand baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg for B737 and 5 kg for ATR42, with maximum dimensions 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm.
Check-In :
- A free of charge checked baggage must have a total weight up to 20 kg for B737 and 10 kg for ATR42.

Domestic Flights: Check-in counter opens 2 hours and closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers who come less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time will not be accepted. .

Kal Star Aviation may need to change your seat at any time, even after passengers have boarded the aircraft, for operational, safety or security reasons.
The infant passenger must be under 24 months throughout the whole journey. If the infant turns 2 years old before the return trip, applicable child’s fare, tax, fee and charges apply.

A passenger can change the date or time of departure on its ticket. When it is done less than 24 hours before the flight, a cancellation fee of 50% ticket price is applied. For re-bookings that happen earlier than 24 hours before the departure, there is no cancellation fee. For all changes, an admin fee of Rp 50.000 per passenger, per ticket applies.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
