Garuda Indonesia, named after the mythical giant bird Garuda of Hinduism and Buddhist mythology, is the national carrier of Indonesia. It is the main full service on Indonesia serving Indonesia domestic routes and International routes. Garuda Indonesia is the only IATA member airline of Indonesia, it has received its IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA).

Economy Class: Garuda Indonesia Economy Class cabin is equipped with ergonomic chair up to 31 inches in Boeing 737-800 Generation. The seats are all equipped with flexible head rest which can be adjusted.
Executive Class: The Executive Class cabin is equipped with ergonomic chair with spacious leg room. All fleets are equipped with flexible head rest which can be adjusted. This class also provides power socket and reading lamp on each seats.
First Class: First class will be available on Garuda's B777-300ER aircraft. There will be 8 first class suites in a 1-2-1 configuration. The new first class suites comes with a 23" AVOD, and can be turned into a fully flat bed. There will also be a chef on board who will serve the meal.

Cabin: Passengers are allowed to carry only one bag or luggage with a maximum size of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (including the size of wheels, handles and side pockets). In addition, passengers may bring small objects such as handbags or laptops. The maximum total weight of items brought into the cabin is 7 kg.
Domestic Flights (Free Baggage Rule): Garuda Indonesia provides free baggage of 30 kilograms for executive class passengers, 20 kilograms for Economy class. Passenger sports equipment is included in free baggage. Excess baggage of 15 kg of sports equipment is free. When the actual baggage (excluding sports equipment) exceeds the maximum weight, there will be an additional fee according to the difference between the baggage weight and the maximum allowable baggage weight.

Garuda Indonesia provides a variety of entertainment including AVOD with LCD touch screen TV. Offers 58 films and 50 TV programs with various categories such as action, drama to comedy. Garuda Indonesia also provides 25 music channels, 9 radio channels, 140 music albums from various genres such as pop, jazz, classic, and Indonesian music. There are 25 interactive games available.
Garuda Indonesia also provides in-flight connectivity services so that passengers can access email and social networks and always stacol-12 benefit-listy connected with family, friends or business partners. Available for all classes, this service is free for First Class passengers.

Price includes food. Garuda Indonesia serves a wide selection of the best Indonesian culinary dishes, rich in flavor from fresh and natural ingredients. Special meals are available, but passengers must mention them when booking tickets. Halal food, vegetarian food, low salt and special diabetes dishes are available. Regularly available is a selection of Kosher food, Hindu food, oriental food and other specialty dishes.

Economy class: A variety of Indonesian, European and hot Asian dishes are served (the combination of snacks and drinks depends on the length of the trip).
Executive class: A selection of Australian or French specialty red and white wines, champagne, liquor, beer and soft drinks are also available as part of the service.

Garuda advises passengers to check in at the airport at least 1 hour before departure for domestic flights and 2 hours before departure for international flights. In Jakarta, Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Garuda Indonesia operates in terminal 2 for domestic and international.
Garuda Indonesia offers special Immigration on Board (IoB) services to provide convenience for passengers traveling to Indonesia. By using this service, Garuda Indonesia passengers can complete their immigration process on board the plane and no longer need to queue at the immigration counter when they arrive at Denpasar's Ngurah Rai International Airport or Jakarta's Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
From CGK Jakarta Airport: All Garuda flights, both domestic and international, depart from Terminal 3.
From Singapore Changi Airport: Garuda flights depart from Terminal 3.

Schedule changes can be made with a penalty. Fees may differ depending on the class. Rebooking or rearranging routes can be done by paying a fee (may change depending on class). Refunds can be made at different costs depending on the time period before departure.
